We are currently recruiting experienced Freelance First Aid Trainers, Fire Safety Trainers, Health & Safety Trainers, Mental Health Trainers, and Teacher Training Tutors across the UK.

Courses We Deliver

Altiora Training Academy provides accredited and workplace compliance training, including:

Workplace & Compliance Training

• First Aid at Work (FAW)
• Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
• Paediatric First Aid
• Fire Marshal / Fire Safety Training
• Health & Safety Level 1–3
• Mental Health First Aid / Awareness

Teaching & Education Qualifications (RQF)

• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF)
• Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (RQF)

We are particularly interested in trainers experienced in delivering RQF-regulated qualifications and workplace safety courses.

Freelance Trainer Role – Key Responsibilities

As a Freelance Trainer with Altiora Training Academy, you will:

• Deliver engaging, compliant, and learner-centred training sessions
• Facilitate accredited RQF qualifications and short courses
• Assess learners in line with awarding body standards
• Complete required assessment documentation
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and safeguarding
• Travel to client sites where required

Essential Requirements

To apply, you must have:

• Relevant occupational qualification in your subject area
• Teaching qualification (minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent)
• Experience delivering accredited workplace training
• Up-to-date CPD record
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Valid First Aid Instructor certification (if not up to date, we can train you)
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to travel (where required) or Driver’s license

Desirable Qualifications

• Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training
• Assessor qualification (CAVA or equivalent)
• IQA qualification
• Experience delivering blended or online training
• Corporate or commercial training experience
• Own training equipment (where applicable, you can discuss with us if you do not have the training kits)
